TOPLAGY is currently available primarily through our official online platform at TOPLAGY.eu.
We may participate in select private showings, pop-up events, or collaborative retail experiences. Any such events will be announced through our website and official communication channels.

All TOPLAGY garments are crafted in Italy and dispatched directly from our Italian operations.

European Union: 1–3 business days
International: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to customs procedures or carrier conditions.

European Union: Flat rate shipping
International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment confirmation.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached and original packaging.
Please contact info@toplagy.eu within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Custom-made or personalised items and opened intimate garments are not eligible for return.

Care instructions are provided on the garment label. Following these instructions will help preserve the quality, structure, and longevity of the piece.
