Scope of Application
These Terms govern access to and use of toplagy.eu and all orders placed through the Website.
Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, and discontinue products without notice.
Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR (€) unless otherwise specified. The total price including taxes and shipping will be shown before order confirmation. Payment must be completed at checkout.
Formation of Contract
A contract is formed when you submit your order and receive an order confirmation email. We may cancel orders in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Delivery
Delivery conditions and timeframes are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk transfers upon delivery.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
EU consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving goods. Products must be returned unworn, unused, and in original condition. Custom-made or personalised items are excluded.

All content including logos, designs, images, and text are the exclusive property of TOPLAGY and protected by applicable laws.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing excludes liability where prohibited by law. To the maximum extent permitted, liability is limited to the value of the purchased product except in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or mandatory consumer rights.
