At TOPLAGY, every piece is crafted with uncompromising standards of Italian craftsmanship and authenticity. We want you to be completely confident in your purchase.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds on purchases once they have been processed. All sales are final. In the rare case of a product concern, our client services team will ensure it is resolved in line with applicable consumer protection laws.

Exchanges & Credit Notes
 Items may be exchanged or returned for a credit note within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Credit notes do not expire and may be used toward any future purchase. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Exceptions
Custom-made or personalized items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Intimate items (e.g., underwear) are not eligible for exchange or return once opened.
