Returns

If you’re not completely happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery — unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges subject to availability. Please contact us within the 14-day window to initiate an exchange.

How to Return

To request a return or exchange, email us at orders@toplagy.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and next steps.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received in error or damaged.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
